The Arts in Education 2025 Art Challenge was held at Villa Maria College on January 16, 2025. There were 233 students from 14 school districts in Western New York registered at the event. On Friday, November 22nd over 100 students in grades 9-12 were celebrated for achieving an 89.5% or higher overall unweighted average during the 1st Marking Period. A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Greene and her staff for cooking and serving all of the wonderful food to our amazing students!

The New York State Education Department is preparing for the administration of the 2025 New York State Regents Examination Field Tests, and John F. Kennedy High School has been selected to give Field Tests in the following subject areas:

On Tuesday, May 16, 2023, the Cheektowaga-Sloan Union Free School District community voted 'YES' to accept the proposed $8,5000,000 Beautification and Athletic Facility Enhancement Capital Project. This Capital Project has no impact on the District's tax levy or tax rate.
