JFK High School Winter Concert 2025
NYSSMA All-State
Our JFK High School Music Department was represented at the NYSSMA Zone 1 Jr. High Area All-State Concert Band at Pioneer High School. Our student was selected for this highly competitive ensemble out of musicians from across Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus counties. Bravo!

What a night to remember!
We celebrated the grand opening of our brand-new turf field and concession stand with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a halftime light show featuring our varsity cheerleaders, which lit up the night sky. Our Bears went on to claim victory (28-6) over the Saint Mary Lancers under the lights!

New Teacher Orientation
Cheektowaga-Sloan welcomed new faculty and staff at our New Teacher Orientation held August 21-22.
ECASB Hodgson Russ Collaboration Award
We are excited to announce that the Cheektowaga-Sloan UFSD has been awarded the ECASB Hodgson Russ Collaboration Award for our work with the Eric County Restorative Justice Coalition. This award will be presented to our district at a special ECASB dinner in June 2025.
